PLOT SUMMARY: Accused as a Whistleblower, Waterman returns to the Public Transport Infrastructure Sector after 5 tumultuous years of professional and personal turmoil.

Struggling to adjust to life after a savage beating changed his health and outlook on humanity forever, Waterman accepts a recommendation to return to the site of the Blackburn Level Crossing Removal Project. He reluctantly revisits the former worksite.

After relocating away from the area to recover from his injuries, it is the first time he has seen the area since works on the Blackburn Level Crossing Removal Project were completed.

Upon the recommendation of his psychologist and a ‘return to work’ HR colleague, he reluctantly agrees to undertake a professional review of the changes that have been implemented in the area around Blackburn Train Station.
